- 8 ounces ounces rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs eggs
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 2 green green onions, chopped
- 1 lime, lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together fish sauce, tamarind paste, brown sugar, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
