- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
