- 1 clove garlic, minced (for tzatziki)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for tzatziki)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated lamb cubes onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
