- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
