- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
