- 4 salmon salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 oz fresh spinach, washed and dried
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 lemon, lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
