- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- Black pepper pepper to taste
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 4 leaves leaves lettuce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, olive oil, red onion, celery, red bell pepper, capers, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
