- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the Teriyaki sauce.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chicken breast. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
