- 1/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together.
