- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 red red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup hummus
