- 1 medium avocado
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and and black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika paprika for garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs under cold running water.
