Ingrédients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and and black pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika paprika for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions
 

  • Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  • Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs under cold running water.
  • Halve the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks, placing the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with the avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chopped chives.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
