- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup apple, diced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch pinch salt
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats, apple sauce, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in the diced apple and walnuts, if using.
- Transfer the mixture into mason jars or airtight containers.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
