- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully peel off cabbage leaves and boil them for 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, egg, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
- Place a heaping spoonful of the beef mixture onto each cabbage leaf. Fold the sides over the filling and roll up tightly. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cabbage rolls and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Pour tomato sauce and beef broth into the skillet, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the cabbage rolls to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through.
- Serve hot, with extra sauce spooned over the top.
