- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the strawberries with 1/4 cup of the sugar and spread them out on a baking sheet.
