- 4 croissants, croissants, sliced in half
- 8 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 4 slices tomato
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
