- 4 croissants, croissants, sliced in half
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
