- 2 cups cooked and shelled edamame
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine edamame, mint, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
- Add chickpea flour to the mixture and pulse until well combined.
