- 1 large head of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

- 8 slices of sourdough bread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 minutes until soft.
