- 1 block block firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden and crispy on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
