- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup blueberry juice
- 2 cups sparkling water

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, dried lavender, and granulated sugar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the lavender syrup cool completely. Strain out the lavender.
