- 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus petals
- 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 lemon, lemon, sliced (for garnish)
- fresh mint mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the dried hibiscus and rose petals.
- Cover and let it steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a large pitcher, discarding the petals.
- Stir in the honey, lemon juice, and salt until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the tea over.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
