- 4 mahi-mahi mahi-mahi fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the mahi-mahi fillets. Then, generously coat each fillet with the spice mixture.
