- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt to to taste

- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb cubes and coat them well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
