- 8 small small corn tortillas
- 1 large mango, diced

- 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice. Toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
