  • 12 cherry cherry tomatoes
  • 12 small small fresh mozzarella balls
  • 12 slices of salami
  • 12 pitted pitted black olives
  • 12 basil basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 bamboo bamboo skewers

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic glaze, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Take a bamboo skewer and thread one cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, a slice of salami folded in quarters, a pitted black olive, and a basil leaf.
  • Repeat the process to make a total of 12 skewers.
  • Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and drizzle the balsamic mixture over them.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
