- 2 larges apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 sheets sheets puff pastry, thawed
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the diced apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch until well combined.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into four equal squares.
