  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 small small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, red onion, lime juice, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the slaw. Mix well.
  • Heat corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.
