- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 4 cups hash browns, thawed
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 red red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
