  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Season with thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
