Ingrédients
  

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 medium oranges
  • 1 medium grapefruit
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh. Cut into bite-sized chunks.
  • Peel the oranges and grapefruit, removing as much of the white pith as possible, and separate them into segments.
  • In a large bowl, combine the avocado chunks, orange segments, grapefruit segments, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top before serving.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.
