Ingrédients
  

  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • 200 g feta cheese, diced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  • Add the kalamata olives and diced feta cheese into the mixture.
