- 200 grams grams penne pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts (optional)
- Fresh basil basil leaves for garnishing
Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
