- 8 ounces ounces brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the tops off the garlic heads to expose the cloves, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden and soft.
