- 1 cup dried chickpeas, soaked overnight
- 1/2 large onion, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce, for serving
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain the soaked chickpeas and transfer them to a food processor.
