Ingrédients
  

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices, drained
  • 10 maraschino maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 box box vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pour melted butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish and sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the butter.
  • Arrange the pineapple slices over the brown sugar and place a maraschino cherry in the center of each pineapple slice.
  • In a large bowl, prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions, usually by mixing the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil.
  • Pour the cake batter over the pineapple slices in the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
