  • 4 pork pork chops
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the pork chops in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  • Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Grill or cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Transfer the pork chops to a platter and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
