Ingrédients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Grate the cucumber and place it in a fine mesh strainer. Squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible.
