Ingrédients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 4 mint mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract.
  • Layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of two serving glasses.
  • Add a layer of granola evenly distributed between both glasses.
  • Layer the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the granola.
  • Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds over the yogurt layer.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
