  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add the steel-cut oats, water, almond milk, diced apples, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  • Stir to combine all ingredients well.
  • Seal the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to pressure cook on high for 8 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes before releasing any remaining pressure manually.
  • Carefully open the lid and stir in the vanilla extract and chia seeds.
  • Serve warm, optionally topped with additional diced apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
