  • 2 kiwis, kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lime, lime, juiced
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 2 ounces ounces white rum
  • Ice cubes cubes
  • Mint sprigs, sprigs, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, muddle the kiwi slices and mint leaves together until fragrant and slightly mushy.
