- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 lemon, lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
