- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup canned lychees, drained
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture starts to simmer. Do not let it boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the rose water and vanilla extract.
Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot cream mixture and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into small serving glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Once set, serve the panna cotta topped with the drained lychees.
