  • 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 16 ounces ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ladyfinger ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1/4 cup matcha green tea powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, dissolve 2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder in hot water. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the cooled matcha mixture briefly.
  • Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  • Dust the top generously with matcha green tea powder.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
