  • 1 package package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
  • 1 can (16 oz) chocolate frosting

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Fold in 2 cups of heavy cream until the mixture is well combined.
  • Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan with a single layer of graham crackers, breaking the crackers as necessary to fit.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the layer of graham crackers.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  • Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
  • Microwave the chocolate frosting for 20-30 seconds, until it is easily spreadable.
  • Evenly spread the softened frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the graham crackers to soften.
