- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Stir frequently until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add in the vanilla extract. Stir well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, and chia seeds.
