  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave on medium heat for 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Add the brewed espresso, cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and serve chilled.
