- 2 cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and wrap it in aluminum foil.
