Ingrédients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then remove from heat and let stand in hot water for 12 minutes. Cool eggs under cold running water, peel and halve lengthwise.
  • Scoop yolks into a bowl and set whites aside. Mash yolks with avocado, lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Tabasco sauce until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with cilantro and red bell pepper.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.
