  • 3 cups edamame (in pods)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 red red chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the edamame according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Stir in the sliced chili and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
  • Add the cooked edamame to the skillet, tossing to coat with the garlic and chili mixture.
  • Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Toss until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
